You can click on any of the effects from this bar (note: the black arrows pointing down on the buttons indicate that there’s a dropdown menu). This series of steps allows you to mix a narrative track and a music track, so that you have music playing in the background. The mix volume refers to the music you are pasting, and not the selection you are pasting into.
